Resident Assistant
The Resident Assistants are caregivers who assist the residents who are functionally, physically and/or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight. The resident Assistant's role is to assist the resident with those activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing, which he or she is unable to perform without help, fostering at all times the resident's independence and freedom of choice.

Receptionist
The receptionist works at the front desk, which is the facility command center. This is the first person visitors, families and prospective residents meet when they enter the building. The receptionist answers the phone, admits visitors into the building, communicates residents' needs to the Resident Assistants and responds appropriately in emergency situations.

Dietary Aide
The Dietary Aides assist in the preparation of food and serve the residents in the dining rooms. They provide assistance in set up and clean up of the dining room and dishwashing area. The aides are required to have a cheerful, positive, teamwork attitude and be able to interact with the residents in a customer friendly manner.

Housekeeper
The housekeepers are responsible for cleaning the resident's homes, provide laundry services and maintain the facility's common areas. They must be trustworthy and able to interact with the residents in a friendly and cheerful manner.
